Mud

This version of "Mud" features Jiang Chen and Lin Yang as characters and must be distinguished from works of the same name. Surviving fragments recall earlier ways of relating from the perspective of an early morning, involving their experimentation with power dynamics within the relationship. The material provides limited information on how they first met, why they made this choice, and its subsequent impact; the complete direction of the story cannot be inferred at this time.
