Section 1
Elias arrived at the crumbling castle as twilight bled across the Transylvanian hills, his boots crunching over gravel that felt older than empires. The invitation from Count Vlad had promised shelter from the storm, yet the air already carried the faint tang of garlic he had rubbed on his collar for protection. Inside, torchlight flickered across stone walls hung with faded tapestries, and Elias felt the weight of unseen eyes. He followed a silent servant to a guest chamber where velvet drapes swallowed the last of the daylight.
Alone at last, Elias peeled off his travel-stained shirt, his skin prickling from the chill. The count had greeted him with a smile that lingered too long on Elias's mouth, and the memory stirred something low in his belly. He recalled the way Vlad's trousers had stretched tight across a prominent bulge during their brief conversation in the great hall, the fabric straining as if barely containing what lay beneath. Elias's own desire stirred at the thought. He sat on the edge of the massive bed, unfastening his breeches with slow fingers.
His hand moved to explore the growing hardness beneath his linen, caressing in slow, deliberate motions. The room smelled of damp stone and distant woodsmoke. He pictured Vlad's pale fingers tracing that same shape, teasing it openly while those dark eyes held his gaze. Elias's breath hitched, hips lifting slightly as pleasure built in steady waves. He was close, his movements quickening, when the heavy door creaked open without warning.
Count Vlad stood framed in the doorway, his silhouette tall and commanding. Elias froze, hand still engaged in his private act, heart slamming against his ribs. Vlad's gaze dropped without shame to where Elias's hand rested, then lifted again with a knowing curve to his lips. "Such a bold display in my home," the count murmured, voice low and velvet-rough. "I came to offer wine, yet find you already indulging."
Elias's cheeks burned, but he did not cover himself. The garlic scent on his skin seemed suddenly absurd against the raw hunger in Vlad's eyes. "I thought myself alone," he managed, voice unsteady. Vlad stepped inside, closing the door with a soft click. His own trousers showed a clear, heavy bulge pressing forward, and he made no effort to hide it as he approached the bed.
"Protection will not keep me away," Vlad said, nodding at the faint garlic trace. He reached out, not touching yet, but close enough that Elias felt the cool draft of his presence. "Tell me to leave and I shall. Or invite me closer." The offer hung between them like a challenge. Elias ached with interrupted need, sharp and insistent. He swallowed, meeting Vlad's stare.
"Closer," Elias whispered. Vlad's hand finally settled on his thigh, cool fingers sliding upward in a deliberate caress that bypassed the garlic entirely. The count's bulge brushed against Elias's knee as he leaned in, and the contact sent a jolt through both of them. "You have teased yourself long enough," Vlad breathed against his ear. "Now let me finish what you began."
Elias nodded, the last of his restraint crumbling. Vlad's mouth found his throat first, then moved lower, while his hand replaced Elias's own with firm, knowing caresses. The castle walls seemed to close in around their shared heat, the storm outside forgotten. In that moment Elias chose surrender, his name gasped from Vlad's lips as the count brought him to the edge and beyond, bodies pressed together in the flickering torchlight.
